Terms of Service
Last updated: August 1, 2026
1. The Service
Raceo Run (raceo.run, the “Platform”), operated by Ori Vision, provides roller skating competition registration, schedules, rosters, and results publication. By using the Platform you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account and credentials; actions taken through your account are deemed your own.
- If you discover unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately via the contact details below.
3. Competition Registration
- You must ensure that registration data (including skater details) is accurate. Errors in grouping, results, or certificates caused by incorrect data are handled according to the rules of the relevant competition.
- When registering on behalf of others (such as team members or students), you declare that you have obtained the consent of the skater or their legal guardian and informed them of the Platform's privacy policy.
- Acceptance of registrations, eligibility review, cancellations, and substitutions are governed by each competition's regulations and the organizer's decisions.
4. Publication of Results and Rosters
As a necessary part of running a competition, a skater's name, affiliation, group, schedule, results, and rankings are published on the Platform. By registering for a competition, you consent to this publication.
5. Fees and Refunds
Registration fees, payment methods, and refund conditions are governed by each competition's regulations; where the regulations are silent, the organizer's announcements apply.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Providing false information or registering under another person's identity.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Platform, or accessing it in bulk through automated means.
- Any other conduct that violates the law or undermines fair competition.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform's interface, software, and content (excluding materials provided by competition organizers) are the intellectual property of the Platform or its licensors, and may not be reproduced, adapted, or distributed without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Each competition's regulations, execution, and awards are the responsibility of its organizer.
- We strive to keep the service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, natural disasters, or force majeure.
9. Changes to These Terms
Updates to these terms will be published on this page, and material changes will be communicated through appropriate means. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
