Data Controls

This page explains what you can manage yourself on the Raceo Run platform (the “Platform”) and what you can request from us.

1. In Your Account

• Update most of your profile details, such as contact information and affiliation. Some details, such as your name, are locked after they are first entered to keep competition records consistent; contact us to correct them.
• Change your password, and link or unlink a third-party sign-in account.
• View your registrations and related requests.

2. Registrations

• Each competition's organizer decides what registration information is required. Changes and cancellations follow that competition's regulations.
• Registrations submitted through a shared registration link are remembered on that device so you can return and edit them. Clearing your browser data removes this.

3. What Is Published

As part of running a competition, a skater's name, affiliation, group, schedule, results, and rankings appear on the Platform's competition pages. Whether rosters are published is decided by the organizer.

4. Emails

We only send emails related to your account, such as verification, sign-in, and password messages. We do not send marketing emails.

5. How Your Data Is Used

We do not sell your personal data or use it to train AI models. Cookies and analytics are described in our Cookie Policy.

6. Requests by Email

To access, copy, correct, or export your data, stop its use, or delete your account, email contact@ori.vision. We may need to verify your identity first. Where registration data is held on behalf of a competition organizer, we may coordinate the request with that organizer. See our Privacy Policy for your rights.
