This policy describes how the Raceo Run platform (raceo.run, the “Platform”), operated by Ori Vision, collects, processes, and uses your personal data when you use our roller skating competition registration and event information services.

Depending on the features you use, the Platform may collect:
- Account data: name, email address, and login credentials.
- Registration data: skater name, date of birth, gender, affiliated club or organization, contact information, and any other fields required by a competition's registration form.
- System logs: sign-in records, browser type, IP address, and similar technical information.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Processing, reviewing, and communicating about competition registrations.
- Event operations: grouping, scheduling, and producing bib assignments.
- Calculating results, publishing rankings, and producing certificates.
- Operating, securing, and improving the Platform.
Please note: as a necessary part of running a competition, a skater's name, affiliation, group, schedule, results, and rankings are published on the Platform's competition pages. By registering for a competition, you consent to this publication.
4. Storage and Protection
- Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform, and connections are encrypted in transit via Cloudflare.
- We apply reasonable security measures, including access control and backups, to protect personal data against theft, tampering, and disclosure.
- Data is retained until the purpose of the relevant competition is fulfilled or until you lawfully request deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not provide your personal data to third parties, except:
- to the organizer or co-organizer of a competition, to the extent necessary to run that competition; or
- as required by law, courts, or competent authorities.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Platform uses cookies or browser storage to maintain sign-in state and core functionality, and may use traffic analytics to improve the service. You can manage or disable these through your browser settings, though some features may stop working as a result.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 3 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you may exercise the following rights over your personal data:
- Inquire about or request access to your data.
- Request a copy of your data.
- Request supplementation or correction.
- Request that collection, processing, or use be stopped.
- Request deletion.
